Partendo da una storica vocazione della famiglia Ingino da quasi sessant’anni attiva nel campo ortofrutticolo e in particolare castanicolo, la Raffael si è dedicata con passione e professionalità alla realizzazione e alla diffusione delle ricette che hanno come ingrediente principale questo straordinario frutto della natura: i Marrons Glacés, le castagne al naturale, la crema di marroni, i marroni allo sciroppo e al liquore.
Starting from a historical vocation of the Ingino family for almost sixty years active in the fruit and vegetable field and in particular Castanicolo, Raffael has dedicated herself with passion and professionalism to the creation and dissemination of recipes that have as their main ingredient this extraordinary fruit of nature: the Marrons Glacés, chestnuts natural, chestnut cream, chestnuts in syrup and liqueur
Partant d’une vocation historique de la famille Ingino, active dans le domaine des fruits et légumes et en particulier des châtaigniers, Raffael s’est consacré avec passion et professionnalisme à la réalisation et à la diffusion des recettes qui ont comme ingrédient principal cet extraordinaire fruit de la nature : les Marrons glacés, les châtaignes au naturel, la crème de marrons, les marrons au sirop et à la liqueur.
